the location was great with shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and professional. breakfast offered many choices. the pool area was also very nice.

my room key was a big metal plate and i could only have one, which proved inconvenient when sharing the room.

the room was clean it was acceptable

i was very frustrated by the breakfast area it was too small for the number of guests it was often difficult to find a free seat the breakfast lacked variety and presentation i expected better planning for peak times. also the staff seemed distant there was no real welcome or personal touch i felt a lack of warmth despite it being a small resort.
